The Taste-vin or Taste à vin is the symbol of the Sommelier (wine experts) who use it while carrying out their job, that is during the tasting of the wine before serving it to the client.
The hollowings and the profusions must reflect the light, as if they were small mirrors inside a bigger mirror formed by the whole inner part of the Taste-vin.
