are cultivated, harvested and brought to our kitchen by local
farmers where they are processed using only artisanal methods.
Enjoy as an hors-d’oeuvre or as a compliment to any meat
dish.
Dried
Tomatoes : They are picked and immediately thereafter
oven-dried in order to lock in their freshness. They are then
submitted to a careful artisanal process which ensures their tenderness
yet maintaining their firmness. After they have been placed in
jars with oil, parsley and garlic, they are pasteurized. Great
as an hors-d’oeuvre, side dish or served with pre-dinner
drinks.
