This heavy duty copper pot is the traditional vessel used to make polenta. Copper, which is well known for its ability to distribute heat evenly, is the ideal piece of cookware for polenta's cooking.

Some helpful hints(recipe for 6/8 person)

Place the water in the pot ,add the salt and when it comes to a boil graually add the corn meal stirring energically to prevent it lumping .Switch on the machine and cook for about 50 minutes .When the polenta is ready ,tip it quickly out on a wooden cutting board and serve it while still bubbling hot. You can also use it to prepare excellent rice dishes jams,preserves............
