I received my machine (EVT100) in good working order and am very
pleased with it.
I was particularly impressed with the steam/vacuum feature when cleaning
my carpet.
It saved a great deal of time and effort compared to other
machines.
I have used which require you to apply steam and then go over
it with a cloth to remove the dirt.
I will certainly recommend your product to others.

The steam dissolves the dirt and Triplosimac vacuums it up. Both functions
useable independently or together. Steam cleaning ensures in-depth hygiene
without using
chemical detergents. Steam kills dust mites, bacteria and dissolves
the most obstinate dirt. Water filter system. A natural force, water,
permits stopping dust and prevents it being released into the room.
The water filter system eliminates dust-bag. As dust does not obstruct
the dust-bag, the appliance is able to function to its maximum suction
power and guarantees great effectiveness. When the water is dirty
it can be simply the poured away, without releasing dust back into the
